I need HELP!!

hello everyone i need some help i have a blink modem and anytime i try to use utorrent it doesn't download, if i try to use lime wire it doesn't pick up any connection, i try to use world of warcraft it doesn't connect to the internet i try to use SAMP(San Andreas Multiplayer) neither does that work and i dont know what to do can i get some help please.

Sounds like the Firewall on TSTT's end is up.

Just call them and have them take it down for you. Should be fine after that.

yea and i forgot to mention my neighbour has blink but he has wireless and he connects his laptop to it and can get all the programs that i mentioned cannot work on mine to work on his.
you think if i buy a wireless adapter i would get those programs to work

Do as Awesome says. Try calling TSTT and asking them to turn off the firewall on their end.
