Sega's attack on the NES began with the Sega Master/Base system. Had both of them. the Genesis came out first, and initially was thought to be NES's competition, although their advertisments were hollow. They knew the SNES was comming out, they knew they were up for a competition. When SNES came out they started to directly attack Nintendo with "you cant do that on Nintendo". Of course, that sh!t didnt fly either.

and nintendo never attacked SEGA you know they juss do this and pwn their @ss.

I was around for all these commercials....but this one.....THIS one was the one that send shivers down my spine when it had come out. SUper mario bros 3 commercial

They are saying its for the Mario trilogy. But it was the exact same commercial for a month when Mario 3 came out, then they decided to drive the nail in SEGA's coffin by advertising all 3 Mario's. they just changed the ending.
