the viper mod chip. There may be others by now

You can also mod it to play games burned onto a DVD instead of a mini DVD. You will have to pull off the cover of your gamecube though....and i mean the ENTIRE box cover, not the flap. JK can bring down the moded cases for the gamecube preventing this.
