My PS2 is finally dead. Thanks 2 a leak in my roof, it got soaked and marinated for about 2 days.When i discovered it, it was 2 late. NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! now all i have left is my PC an all i have on dat iz roms an emus. I wonder if i should buy another one and suffer tremendously from lack of NFS underground 2 an Splinter Cell, or wait for d PS3 or Xbox360 to come out.

If it was only water, and it wasn't plugged in at the time... then getting it serviced might revive it.

However, if it had current thru it at the time (like in standby with the lil red light on) then hard luck...

Give the service a try still, you might get lucky...

you could prolly find someone hustlin they ps2 cheap or sum O_o cause to repair that mgiht be the price of a new one if u have anyone that has acces to online orders ebgames sells used ps2s around 50 us and so on a lil more prolly

LOL dis real kicks me up but i say wait a bit if you have the money and the time and you are really impatient , check JK, Or, what you can do is buy old games for your PC that thave really good replay value that will keep you busy until ps3 or 360 comes out, play games like Shogun Total war REd Alert 2 Starcraft and whatnot, that is really if your pc isn't a beast which i am assuming as you said you played emus and roms which means yuh real gaming partner was the ps so sconsider my adivce if you want...thank you and have a nice day RIIICOOOOLAAAAA!!!
