Yup, Centre City Mall in Chaguanas had one today.
Traffic in and out of Chaguanas was deadlocked.

Centre City and a setta other places. City Gate, T&TEC, TSTT, to name a few. Unconfirmed the banks along Independence Square...this is madness. Too many to be all pranks, I'm sure some of these are a continuation of what happened yesterday. Let's not forget that among the threats yesterday was the Ministry of National Security at 11:30am - before the Frederick Street blast.

Chaguanas was apparently shut down this afternoon. I don't think this is over yet.

...somehow I don't consider this to be the work of terrorists...I more believe it could be gang-related.... it's not that farfetched, it is a fact that gang members are being found with such devices in recent times...
It would explain the guy found with gunshot wounds as well....
