is a hardware mod gone bad czar, i have a arctic cooling silencer 5 on my vid card for maxx ocing nah, and well it was blocking the chipset fan on the mobo, so obviously the chipset was getting up to 60c when i was moniterin it in Smartguardian so was gonna slap some arctic silver 5 on it, when was removing the chipset fan plastic nobs with a pliers , i "chip" out one of those small resistors next to the chip, and well it never booted up after.
