need some help

I got an old p 111 dell dimension xps b866 and It requires either pc600,pc700,pc800 ram.I never heard or that type of ram so I want to know if any one heard of it and if possible any for sale.

 its RAMBUS ram, the company went under awhile ago so it will be hard to find the RAM at all..... almost impossible in trinidad,   i know a few people in canada have spare stock though .

Umm Trini thats nonesense RAMBUS has NOT gone under, what do u think is working in ur PS2 and soon to be PS3? not to mention they won back a whole set of patents that its SUING DDR for. AND on top of that theres XDR which could quite possibly kill DDR. Anyways.   not the company that designed them....  one of the big manufacturer's of RAMBUS went under, and ever since prices have skyrocketed and  stocks have been hard to find .

Go easy on him Czar we established a while ago that he's a bit error prone.. kinda like a faulty dimm but like all things, in time he'll come into his own. He is at least one of the more active posters on the forum.
