solution : use it up , fertilizer, biomass energy etc.
just keep it from oxygen , bacteria will digest the manure anerobically and give off methan, burn the methane for fuel .
or use it as a weapon of mass destruction , load it up in manure warheads, launch it at terrorist held cities, when the stench gets bad enough they will surrender

Biogas for it yes, with that kinda sh!t turnoever he could end the energy crisis in the western united states LOL. Actually to be honest he could invest and put toghether a electrical generation scheme that runs on bio gas and sell it back to the power company AS well as run all his electrics from it, AS well as sell power at a cheaper rate to all his neighbours. The opportunities to turn a 'sh!tty' situation into a gold mine are great.
