yeah, good point

overclocking is not for everyone and their are other things to consider than simply the processor running a few degrees higher.

If it's a question about "best value OC processor" then your contribution is spot on trini.

If it is a question of best value stock processor, we still looking at the Sempron 3100 (if you're an AMD buff) Celeron D if you're an intel buff.

IF yuh going to overclock the processor is not the only thing to take into consideration, the mobo is the more important factor there, BIOS features and all. One of the benefits of going with a 3100+ is that u can change it for a A64 later if yuh feel like it since its 754 pin.

i say sempron 3100 got more life to since the socket 754 going to be used for it for a while while celeron d going to move to socket 758
