Fantastic-looking game.
The first half an hour so after the incident is arguably the scariest bit of
gaming I've ever experienced.
After that it's mostly things to make you jump...but there was at least one
genuinely scary/f *cked up scene in some room with big throbbing veins of
rotting flesh taking it over, and a pentagram with candles in the middle.
As if that wasn't bad enough, you hear someone whisper "Sssaaavvvee meeee"
when you walk closer to it.
The first meeting with the Hell Hound was just as bad.
But while the game is good, enjoyable for sure, it's just straightforward
run and gun. No setta non-linear tactics or advanced AI like Far Cry or
even Call of Duty.
That takes away from what could have been a truly next-level presentation.
Worth the experience however.
I'll post more as I progress.
