Steups...this is why W:ET never got off the ground. Although I admit W:ET
was much more complex.

ONS is so flickin simple. Online play is tons of fun when you can get onto a
good server.

You know those crazy, almost cinematic moments that make your pores raise
during a game, when everything just comes together beautfully and you can
swear that you're taking part in a real battle?

A good game of Onslaught has those by the minute. Especially Arctic
Stronghold and Torlan. Greatness iwmc.

This morning I was building a node by myself when I looked up and saw an
enemy hoverjet speeding towards me. Of course, is only so much yuh could
dodge if yuh serious about building nodes. Self sacrifice is the name of the
game.

When the hovercraft was literally feet in front of me, one of my own
teammates just sped out of nowhere and slammed into it. It was MAD. I tell
yuh I didn't even realise what had happened till I turned around. I thought
it was lag or something.

Scorpion buggies! Making every ride to a node fun!

And doh get me started on the Leviathan...

it sees a fair amount of air time @ euro

the only problem though is that quite a few people just don't "get it"

They run around shootin like mad, attempting to capture nodes that can't
be captured and playin de arse with the vehicles. Not only noobies eh, I
talkin bout veterans like bushman doing this nonsense.

We have printed out two posters (I think you self sent those to this
list many moons ago) explaining how to play onslaught but like people
not too big on reading. Doesn't help that vader stuck the damn things
about 10 feet up on the wall, lol. Small men will need binoculars to see
it properly.

The last great hope for it's wildfire adoption will be a series of
tournaments. If that doesn't get the game the attention it deserves,
nothing will.

yeah @ wet.

sounds kick ass!

I think we need a slightly more mature gamer for this kinda action.

The quest is on for them en masse.
