Things more or less back to normal here too after a week of fluctuating bandwidth speed. Was getting around 30k dl speed on some days.

Funny thing is i could do speedtest's but I cant browse cuz the ping so fking high

and requests only timing out as a result....It was working fine last night and this morning till now

I had posted this before in another thread before this one existed. The ONLY time i've EVER seen results was to send in a TATT (Telecommunications Authority of TT) complaint form. I did when I had NO internet for 6 weeks!!! imagine they would have continued to charge my @$$ for a service that was NOT THERE MCMCMC!!! TATT is in the Arranguez area, fill out the form and mail or drop it in, I suggest dropping it in personally. Also ask for the person who follows up the complaint forms so you can follow up on the status.

I have had absolutely no problem with claiming for reduced service when I first got it a couple months ago. They gave me 1 instead of 2 mb, asked them about it and the next cycle my account was credited with the difference.

What is it so different between me and the rest of yall. I get good service whereas yall get the $hitty end of the stick. I just cant explain it. Leaps and bounds better than what I ever got from Slow, thank god. I really should have written TATT for Flow.

Apparently something was fixed. Almost all of last week i was downloading at 100Kb/s, last night i found that my videos were streaming nicely. I just ran some tests and it seems things are back to normal. I have the 4MB package btw.

Not betting my beard on it getting better in my area. Countless times this week I've seen my connection get normal and then It would drop the next day.
