Local Game: Piper Quest

This isn't exactly All Fours. Just for idleness, let's flush out the details, mechanics and plot devices of a fictitious local game called Piper Quest.
In the vein of Sierra's classic called Heroes Quest (aka Quest for Glory)
This game stars a Piper, trying to eek out a living in the twin islands of Trinidad & Tobago.
Starts as our hero gets a dread tabanca and starts walking the streets.
No longer interested in the regular construct of society, he turns to a life of hard knocks and small time agriculture.
Choose your approach, good or evil: Be the neighbourhood needy or nuisance.
Needed:
A list of quests and challenges.
A cover shot, box art.
Antagonists (zealous home owners, rowdy school boys, police, dogs)
Expound, Explatiate

episodic content is a good idea.
Every few months have Piper travel though the different towns and cities.
He has to complete objectives and quests starting in Mayaro and making his way up to Port of Spain.
Have a nice story where he gets sidetracked and ends up in Toco or Arima by Nanans (PHAIL!) or Mid Center Mall in Chag with the "car guntas". This just off the top of my head.

may i 'chook' in with something i've been watching over the last 2 mths or so?
its the
XNA
thing from m$, there are a few games using it that you can get the code for, modify/use. it's supposed to be easy to develop for (relatively ofc)
obviously i know jack bout the game design, but from what i've scene it's not 1/2 bad
shivadee have some nice ideas there, then again this is he feild eh
we should let him have a few stats 2;
-charisma for begging
-constitution to eat-ah-bad-food
-agility for running, jumping wall, and pelting stone with greater accuracy so as not to dmg the Zaboca(avocado), mango and coconut he ninjaing from all them ppl in valsayn yard
i would LOVE for this to be in a game, a quest where he have to fight off a dog for a box of KFC skin, all holds no bar, winner take all, and if he loss the dog piss on him and laugh like the dog from duck hunt (kinda like ah tribute to it) the dog could hit him with atks like, mange and thing
let fly the ideas ppls

The XNA dev kit is actually free for me to use and obtain. Once you prove you are in the industry and studying you getting it. However....its an @SSTON of C# programming
im not a programmer.

If you want to make this game in the style of sierra/lucas arts adventure games there is a free tool called adventure game studio designed for this.

his obvious natural stat would be agi
it would be cool if it had different class of pipers
maybe yu start as a noob vagrant with low stats and you level to leet piperdom
scaling walls in single bounds, tiefin fridge an food
charisma for sure!! to beg and to sell anything.
real bravery stats.
have quest based on things we have seen pipers do
like i saw 2 pipers steal a metal lamp post with a shopping cart in st james and run across the road with it.. iam dead serious
i have no idea how they did it and further more WHY IN THE HELL YOU WOULD TIEF A LAMP POST!

Gamemaker is the easiest (and free-est) program to use that is actually useful.
Its kinda Nintendo DS, 16 bit style although it does support 3D.....again. Programming *ugh*
