 It is not a mainstream of "US" geared console. Its for the Latin America community or "third world" countries ONLY. Spoke with the CEO of Qualcomm about this (who is funding the project) guy was actually in Trinidad to get some notaries done (at my pops office). May have been for this. Its funny...but in the game industry....Trinidad is NOT part of the Latin American market.
