I had one of those Visa Debits issued in the US, used it all over.

KFC, Ruby Tuesdays etc.

If ya'll want a prepaid credit card though, www.entropay.com is doing just that.
THey usually offer virtual credit cards for online use, but you can sign up for a "Plastic" mastercard.
Cost is $10USD for all the postage stuff.

And I received mine no problem in Trinidad from Europe.
(Awesome Street Fighter 4 print not included.)

And you guys should note that there is a charge associated with loading these prepaid credit/debit cards.
For entropay its 4.95% of the amount.
Can be steep for large amounts..but not a big deal when you dealing with smaller transactions.
