Flow and Columbia?

I want to know if this is only me...

Sometime last week, when I load google...
it goes to Google Columbia...unless I specifically, type google.tt etc..

Also on speedtest.net, Trinidad is no longer the recommended server, Panama City is... ?

It is just u because mines say Google Trinidad&Tobago,Also i still see the test server on speedtest.net

Yup, got a colombia IP address with Flow as well.
