Anyone here knows someone who can proof-read or fine tune a contract?
In light of all the horror stories with customers I have posted in the WMTC thread in the 2 years since it's inception (and other i have yet to mention), it is really about time to put my foot down and eliminate those issues.
A few of you have already seen my 12-page computer repair contract (yes, 12 pages just for me to come an service your PC!). After being fine tuned over the course of the last 18 months - with modifications often made directly on account of the action of a particular customer - it is more or less ready to distribute to the masses, but I want to make sure there are no 'loopholes' in to for so-customers to exploit and I want to be sure my @$$ is covered with level pillows.
It would most likely be an attorney-type person who would do this. If they from the west/POS area better yet. I hope they charge a reasonable fee.
