Quote from: laertes on January 09, 2008, 07:09:31 AMit's funny to hear people saying they want to upgrade their TV from let's say a 27 inch to 42 inch HD when they still have the same size living room as beforeWell, I started my Xbox 360 journey on a 27" normal TV and found that I could not read any of the car descriptions for Project Gotham Racing 3 without squinting a lot. When I got my 37" HDTV, I could read them clear as day. The same goes for any other game with lots of text (Oblivion for example). That is what happens when developers make games specifically for HD. So a jump to HD for someone with a 360 or PS3 is actually a good move, IMHO, even if the size difference is not that big.

As for the insult directed to wii graphics, no not garbage, no dont compare with ps2 or the rest... and PLAY IT ON 480p WITH THE COMPONENT CABLE, there's a small change, but better than 480i
I will buy the component cable for the Wii as you advised and will see if i notice a differnce. If i do not....i commin back to FLAME your ass. I feel u need a good roasting.
