Day fookin 34! Still no EC F'N W internet. WDMC wrong with these ppl? To this day nobody still aint call me to let me know what happening. I am so frickin frustrated. I hope when they get my letter from TATT at least they go give me some response. W1ntry they gave you any idea when it go be back up?

No unfortunately still no idea on a timeline. I spoke to a guy at TATT expressing my complete frustration with TSTT for this crap and he said he'd take up my points in a meeting with TSTT next weds if it's not resolved by then. I pointed out that we have to continue paying for a service we aren't getting or risk disconnection which is all unfair. I believe TSTT called my dad to ask if it wasn't working still, other than that, no feedback per say. So yes the frustration continues.

We doh hadda do that, they done loss 200million its to get past the other pitchforks so we can stick ours up their @$$... that aside, apparently they called and said they were mandated to solve the problem, so I waiting to see, if by this weekend, nada, I called TATT AGAIN and definitely writing a editor somewhere

I didn't get time to drop in my complaint so I mailed it but is a few days now and neither TATT nor TSTT call me. Is times like this I really feel the need to migrate to a first world country.

With a posted 200+ Million in losses i'd be surprised if they can pay themselves :p far less anyone else... but hey as Ultimate said its poor management and LAZY @$$ TRINIS... like we didn't already know that... damn LAZY @$$ TRINIS!!!

I will never defend tstt.

Just today on work we ran into a problem with one of tstt's (private information here)

and the guy on their side said "I dunno what is the problem"

Imagine, having a job to do for a company and that company doesn't even know how to fix its own problems, and they expect us to meet their deadlines

Doh worry, I think ALL trinis who do their job properly come across quite a few WAFT (Waste Ah F^&*ing Time) Trinis in the workforce, just TSTT has ALOT MORE than the avg company XD their losses in profit are proof enough of that!

That's correct, poor productivity = poor profit and losses...which is the responsibility of the CEO / COO to ensure that lower level managers "SUPERVISE" their divisions or be held accountable. There is too much SLACKNESS in Trinidad, for it to ever be considered anything but a third world country. With the amount of Holidays and vacations, where is there time for PRODUCTIVITY?? Carnival coming close, you think those Mofos studying customer Blink connection?? PFFT!! They focused on the gym and looking good for Carnival. That's the type of poor work ethics that are obviously being produced....

you guys should find out if non delivery of their service for so long whilst yu HAVE been paying for said service, is grouds for dissolution of your contract with out having to buy it out
