The original Windows COA XP Home/Pro sticker still attached? What about availability of reinstall/system recovery CDs?

(I've noted from time to time that when some ppl selling used Dell/HP/Toshiba/etc laptop or computers they does take off the Windows XP COA sticker. Whatever for I dunno, but for me, that is enough to break the sale.)

EDIT - Further Questions:

• How long you have had this laptop?
• How is the battery life? How long will it last on the battery?
• Any known issues with this model?

I'm calling dibs on it for now. I await responses from disciple before I make a final decision.
