do you kno where LOHO is? the placed where u get the cannon from?

there is a mountain right below there stoping by the coastline beach

put ur boat facing between the mountain range, and the ground under it and get out between there

you can see vale but u cant enter it, nor visit anyother places cuz the caves are gone

its a glitch really

to get reel plenty experience easily, look for a kinda phoenix firebird. They give you reel plenty experience and money. I cant remember where they are found though...
