Now I have never played Halo, and with all my heart i do. But i love rpg so much that i bought the only consol that has the most rpg out there, the PS2. So you can immagine my dismay when i hear folks haplit chattering about Halo, thats why this article cought my eye.
Halo for the PS2?
Killzone is the most anticipated game on PS2. Why?
1. It's a squad based game, but you only control one member.
2. Your squad mates cant be killed,they just fall back and cover you.
3. There are 4 characers, you can play through the game as each. an all-rounder, a sniper, a heavy-weapons guy, and a a char so secret that only the folks at PS know what it is. I think they just dont know.
4. 26 huge levels that will make you feel like you are part of a huge war.
when i read the article, which i cannot reproduce for you here, i got the feeling that this was a pipe dream of the folks at Guerrilla Games, who have never actually relaeased a game. At the moment it seems that the Playstation public is in the middle of some cleverly orchestrated hype-management campaign. The game looks impressive, but some of the major elements that made Hale a really sweet game, such as taking control of enemy vehicles, are absent in this one. So without knowing more about the game, all i can really tell you is that it sounds sketchy, but looks gorgeous.
