Looks pretty good to me.

Only things of concern for me are:
350W PS - I wouldn't go with anything less than 400 in this day and age.
All In Wonder - You'd save a bunch if you went with a non-AIW 9800 Pro card. Also, I assume that's the 128MB version right?
ATA133 - Would have been nice to splurge a bit on an SATA solution :) But cost is a factor.
1.44MB Floppy - We still use these things? I've literally taken mine out of my machine. Would save ya about $40 ;)
XP Home - Pro would be soo much nicer, but again...cost, so I understand.

Everything else I can pretty much live with.

the extra cache makes a big difference to applications that push the cpu to the max.
so why not?
for this price point i say put in a 2800 and done, and you're sure to have enough cache and performance to last 2 years

yeah its about $500-$600 difference. but if u are putting in nice components like that 8x burner, why skimp on the cpu?
your buyers will thank you later on.

All it needs is a firmware upgrade to get 8X on the -R...pretty sure they will release such a firmware once it's worked out.
