OCZ can not shock us any more with its crazy memory speeds. It just showcased DDR 2 modules running at 1100 MHz with rather nice timings as well. It really likes competition and it certainly wants a scrap.
The memory is branded as PC2-8800 Platinum extreme edition and it can run at amazing 5-5-6 timings. It uses OCZ's famous heat spreader and it should be shortly available in 512MB and 1024MB modules.
OCZ also has PC2-8000 Platinum "Elite Edition" DDR 2 memory that runs at 1000MHz. This memory has even more aggressive timings as it can run at 4-5-4.
It also introduced small mini USB memory sticks with capacities of up to 2GB and it entered the SD memory card market with modules up to 2GB and 150X too. OCZ has new "Rally" memory modules with new housing and some modular PSU's with 600W or more that can run both SLI and Crossfire. µ
