Quake 4 looks great especially with the tanks and mechs but what I really waiting on is Prince of Persia 3 - The two Thrones

Lot of good looking games on the horizon. This year on the whole has been AWESOME for the pc gamer. Looks like the "pc gaming is dead idea" is going to have to wait till the next big console release - again

Played Quake 4 in Chaguanas!!! PLoi De game bad too bad, nice starting sequence,  though nothing really new in the Multiplayer

yeah the single player surprisingly decent.

men starting it and not putting it down at all. Only good things being said.

The multiplayer isn't much improved from quake 3, I'd agree...but it still is fun.

We run a good few sessions in it already.

It is very unforgiving though. Any low spec machine is gonna choke on it. Our 6600GT cards handle it just fine but a 5200 or 5500 will be lag fest 2005.

Actually a fun twist in q4 vs q3 is you can firse through a portal which is kinda funny
Makes for some interesting frags


I think they're saving multiplayer tweaks for quakewars. (think bf2 in quake's universe...)

Only one funny thing, in the start of the game yuh does collect ah 2x4 to yuh face, but when yuh get dat bullet time it does look maaaadd, and the ability to jumpkick ah man in 1st person is also a plus!!! AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! ah going an play it again1!!!

I agree the fact that you can jumpkick and slide tackle ah man in ah fps
