Executive Assistant - Financial Development & Communications Office
The YMCA is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant
- Financial Development & Communications Office.
The incumbent shall be responsible for:
(i)Coordinating the Y Partners annual support campaign;
(ii)Assist with directing the Y's public relations
programme and major events;
(iii)Writing and submitting grant proposals.
Requirements:
*Proven ability to develop relationships with top community leaders and to obtain financial support.
* Working knowledge of the media.
* Good writing skills and public speaking abilities.
* Ability to create interesting interpretive materials.
*Strong time and project management skills.
*Computer literate with a sound knowledge of MS data and presentation software
* Some Knowledge of the YMCA
