But i am just thankful that although the codename was "Naked Snake" for our hero, he did not bring any of the nudity Raiden did that tarnished forever MGS2:SOL.

You have to remember camrE, that your opinion is just that: YOUR opinion.  Just because you SAY so doesn't mean that it IS so.  Whatever your opinion of MGS 3, you cannot discount the fact that it is a great game taken as is.  IT IS JUST A VIDEOGAME!!!.  It is not supposed to raise your kids, or to try to define a whole industry.

Whatever your opinions of Mr Kojima himself, he has made indelible contributions to videogaming as a whole, as has almost single-handedly 're-invented' the 'Stealth-Action' genre itself.  Other games in this genre (some better than MGS 3, some worse) owe their existence to this man.

Anyway, GATTers, play it, enjoy it, THEN decide what you think.

Whatever Arcman. I cannot try to discredit the dude for the good stuff he has done, I mean the hiding in the cardboard box was revolutionary the first time I saw it, but he does dance on that fine line between genius and insanity and it seems more often that not he falls on the latter rather than the former.
