of course to each his own, but in reality we do have the latest games, (some b4 the offical release!), may not be the best specs but my vote is for Virtual Zone
Sweat every Sunday, and most Holidays, the most Prize giving cafe in d land

Virtual zone is a great cafe, it could easily become the best on the island in a few easy steps  :

1. Upgrade ALL the pcs... not just a handful in the back, put in 9600s/6200s  and maybe more RAM .
2.  announce 'Gaming hour' where no surfing can be done , have clan wars with bigger prizes in parts and cash ( 3 or more times the pcs= 3x the profit).    Though this should be done only when you regurlarly have the entire cafe full .
3.   allow BYOC ! make space for 3-4  pcs in the front row , leave  monitors and keyboards and  announce BYOC for the same price (maybe a discount) as normal cafe time .  People will bring l33t  machines that look great , play next gen games like Doom III and Riddick to show them off , and attract attention ( be sure to give them REAL big screens in front , and hook one up to the monitor in the showcase as a clone display ) . IT will be kinda like wallerfield for technophiles .
