just get a skybox and apply for a us credit card and use ur skybox addy for the account addy. simple, then get pay pal. i think paypal accepts money orders too, but i am not sure.

id advise you not to use Paypal. ive been personally burned by them. they have a habit of closing your account and not even refunding you. infact they require little justification other than a complaint. ive lost close to £50 from them. plus all you can use them for is Ebay and even though you use them as a form of payment that still doesnt guarantee you will receive your item.
