Just looking for something decent and cheap to pop into my lil brother pc so he can play games well enough.

Price rage $150-250 . Not looking for anything epic just a solid working video card .

What kind of games?

I ask that because I think you may have the wrong idea about 'low-mid end'.
Even a USED one is at least $400...at least one that will actually play games.

Low but i know men does have some old mid range cards they would easily part with. Just something with about a gig of memory. Not high end games. random steam games, minecraft,league of legends and whatever else he and his friends into

For a good card i would go to 350 but it's really a pity buy for him . If i end up in a mid range price realm best i buy a new card for myself and give him my old one .
