waz Movie Towne/Cinemas 8 scene?

Now fuss ting, i man is a big movie peung. I in Movie Towne ever weekend. But alyuh notice when these 2 cineplexes opened they were getting movies REAL fast. They were actually beating out Big 6 an ting by getting before, back then you waiting a month an ting for a movie.

Now check what goin on..........wah d @ss??? I fine they WELL taking they time to bring a movie down boy. REAL long. Look how long Gothika take, look how long Pasion of the Christ take, look how long Kill Bill 2 taking, wah bout friggin Dawn of the Dead. Dread this last movie EVER commin here?

Last year a week later the movie landing in Trini. Revolutions open worldwide with everyone else, Reloaded come out a week later than the US, Hell man even friggin Underworld and LXG an ting come out on time or a week later for the most.

Waz d scene? I sorry, but i feel men who does hit cinema plenty go ketch mih vibes on this. They dont want you to pirate, they dont want you to copy buh WAH yuh expect? Look how LONG alyuh men taking, i say they lookin for it.

what does it matter of the when (relatively speaking for those who understand)

what matters is the what, ie the movies themselves which is what is being paid for
if you don't like it don't go

or buy movie town

I only say this because the matter is very trivial

and besides we don't know why this new policy has been implemented
it can be a part of a business plan to make movie town more profitable
and before you complain about companies making more money remember that if a place is not profitable enough (not just at all) then that enterprise will most likely be closed down

and then no more movie town for the movie freaks and the rich "white" kids   :-(

Well its a matter of opinion. I like to go cinema plenty. I grow up doing that with my cousins, its a family thing, we love it. So when a highly anticipated cinema fall short after a year of doin so well, we will get upset
For people that dont care, well they wont. They go simply download a pirate and fixup. But for me that doh work and i learn that the hard way when i got the Ep 1 pirate for SW before it hit the cinema. I couldnt wait. I watch it, and the cinema experience was not the same

SO thats why i like to go cinema, well one of the reasons. I will still wait, but I watch movies regular and i thought they would keep their level of service like last year. :-x

Actually, it isn't Movie Towne or CC8 to blame. It's the local movie distributors that aren't bringing the movies down on time. Mostly due to the fact that the local distributors own the Big 6 cinemas. So when he feels like it, he'll distribute the movies to Movie Towne and CC8.

Believe it or not, Kill Bill and all these movies get here on Monday when they open in the states on the Friday. If there's a delay it might be for the most a week or two late, not months. They're holding back these movies until their cinemas are able to accomodate them, and since they're unable to run 8 or 10 screens at a time the rest of the country will have to suffer until they can open the movie at their cinemas along with the multiplexes so as not to lose any ticket sales.
