Just out of curiosity, how does it handle games. Hit we a vantage or 11.

Its not a gaming rig, i just test starcraft 2 on it which runs fine.
But if u want high end gaming have to look at alienware mx series, d mx17/18 is just pure monsters.

This rig is for mobile power/battery combo, with light gaming. (For men who have they beast pc home to game). Handles any i.t. related work/training/tasks like a pro, but i wont recommended somethign like this if gaming is what you have in mind. Will do d 3dmark jsut for kiks doh. Dont have plug on me, so go do it later.

wow, at US$1500, that is LUDICROUSLY expensive.

I'm surprised you said it is not for gaming.

The graphics sub system looks very capable. It is middle tier but still, you should be able to run just about every game out there with it. Inclusive of Crysis 2. Supports Directx 11 as well.

Graphics Processor : AMD Radeon™ HD 6630M
Graphics Video RAM : 1GB dedicated
Graphics Technology : Hybrid Graphics

Really interested in seeing what this baby can do with Vantage.

I'm seeing 5000 - 7000 vantage points based on the results of similar AMD Radeon mobility parts. Not bad for a laptop at all.

Then again, compared to the benchmark numbers your desktop pushes, lol

You hit d nail on d head right there, i wouldnt call that capable of gaming, weather it could run crysis 2 or not lol. D most ill do is ah lil sc2 replay, or practice ah strat, maybe some magicka, but i not sitting down to play crysis on that.

I woulda get something like this if i wanted to game mobile:

http://www.dell.com/us/p/alienware-m18x/pd.aspx

Dual 6990M? *drools*, THAT! is a mobile gaming rig.
But that kinda thing is for men who want dey laptop to do everything, and have no desktop home. It is ah beast.

But yea, not interested in mobile gaming.
