bwahahaha lol i eh fully undastand tweaking this thing yet... sadly the board does not have ACC so this chip is kinda stuck @ 3.1 ghz for now... took the plunge an said hrmm i wonder how much the igp on this thing can push... 3dmark06 score = 1555 lol ahahahaahahhahaah yes i laughed out of sheer shame lol... the frokkin sempron and geforce igp i had earlier scored better than that. then again i am in new igp territory ati igp no idea how to really tweak those yet but until i get the new card and board maybe this is the system for now

so i got a new board cpu and video card...
AMD Athlon 2 X2 245 @ 2.9 GHz stock oc'ed to 3.4 GHz
XFX Geforce 8200 Motherboard
EVGA 9800 GTX+ @ 738/1100

will do some screens does up to 13k in 3dmark06... runs everything great i'm happy again lol...

ok so i ran a few benches and this is the final to date:

XFX Geforce 8200 Motherboard
Athlon II 245 2.9 GHz @ 3.48 GHz
EVGA 9800GTX+ 738/1100/1836 @ 800/1200/1990
3 GB ddr2 800 @ 401 Mhz

3DMark06 Score: 13030 Marks

Well he can't drop a Intel quad in that but there isa 100USD Athlon II X4 you could drop in and hit a easy 3.4GHz. Food for thought.

hrmm from the looks of that quad it seems that it's not much of an upgrade to this current chip here... might hadda get a 720 or a 955 to make a good upgrade. although it would be nice to get a unlockable 720 :lol:

well it looks like i git the 16th place again lol... time to start moving up again

so once again.... got new hardware... oddly tho the scores look wierd... seeing that with a 9800GTX+ i was getting a score of 13k and now that i upgraded to a new chip and a GTX 260 i get 14K lol. well testing is still goin on... hard o/c feel free to say something na lol
