lolz, ive personally handled hundreds  (literally hundreds) of HPs for a certain company *coughcough* and the failure rate is just astounding, and the service through memory bank does not hold a candle to dells sad to say.

Id rather recommend an acer or asus since htey are great price performance, and since asus has the lowest failure rate of all laptops.

Depending on your needs, you may want to look around before settling on a dell, they dont have the best specs in the world, but their warranty can make up for it.

HP. I will ensure my school does NOT buy that brand when i have them rebuild theirr entire lab.

the one HP I had to fix under warranty. It take a WEEK to get through to the online cha support. and the agent take up to half hour to respond and then want to talk to me in spanish.

When I finally get thought and make the claim, it takes 2 WEEKS for some Nester company to arrive and check it out. turns out the motherboard is bad and not PSU as I initially reported, so It gonna take till probably JANUARY till they return to change the part.

Not me and HP warranty. DELL ftmfw!

Netsar...and das bull. Same company handles both HP and Dell support down here and they DO NOT take that long.

Seems like HP cant hold a candle to dell when it comes to support.
