Gamers Elbow and Related injuries

Everybody know carpal tunnel. But I've gotten a sort of rough 'bump'/blackhead on my elbow (right hand) from resting it on the chair arm while gaming with the mouse. Anyone else get bruises etc from gaming too much?
 I also have rougher skin on the base of the blade of my hands from resting my wrist on the desk n typing.

I def have something on my elbow though, cuz its like the same spot over and over.

Yeah i know what you talking about Mez, i was getting that problem recently when i got my new computer desk and chair. Adjust the angle your elbow is resting, even if it means moving your mouse forward or chair backward, and in the interim, get a nice wristpad (the sexy gel ones) and put it under your elbow.

Got injuries from my SNES days, Blisters on my thumbs and the crosspad imprinted on my left thumb. Wrists that can click/crack without pain like how you crack your fingers, and if anyone mentions Killer Instinct for the SNES, my left thumb and shoulder will ache suddenly. (OW!)
