RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) 3-12800CL9D-8GBXL (US$99.99)
GPU: ATI 4870 1GB (well in your case, it will be 4850)
Ram is really cheap now, so no big deal dropping in the DDR3. You could sell the old DDR2 easily enough on the trading grounds.
