Ive been wanting to share this for a long time.
Lost it in the clutter of my drive and found it again.
I only have one web page of content and the engine remaining cant find the original source of this but its cool.
THis is something called ultimate powers hero creation engine, using the marvel masters database of marvel powers.
THe orignal page has both dc and marvel heroes and badguys powers, stats and bios but i cant find it again.
The engine uses a random dice rolling method of choosing what powers yu will recieve once yu have entered some info about yur personality and skills yu may posses such as martial arts, athlethcism sharp shooting abaility, technological skill and so on.
Its a grat way to play the marvel masters rpg or just to create yur own rpg with frends,
