I'm in the process of opening a cafe and i need about 10-12 more pc's for it. The cafe is used for both internet and gaming. I 'm wondering how much cheaper it would be to buy parts and build them myself or is there sumplace that sells pc's in bulk for cheap. I kno sumtimes when cafes close hey sell their pc's too so if anyone knows any cafes that are closing i would appreciate the info.

Definitely ordering the parts from abroad yourself will be the best bet. You'll easily save at least $500 on each PC by going that route. That's $6000.00 total. Nothing to sneeze at.

You can get special pricing no doubt if you're buying 12 machines from pretty much every PC vendor on the island.

Most important question, what is the budget for these additional machines? $3500 each? $5000.00?

PRW has some decent priced HP machines, you get the full system (tower, monitor KB/MS) minus a few peripherals (speakers and stuff)

they got this @ 5,750, http://prwe.com/ ->desktops->bottom right hand corner says you get a HP 19" monitor which to me seems like a decent price, an acceptable graphics board and you good a nice lil rig there

thats if you starting from scratch though, prw give nice warranty on there stuff, not to fussy about honoring it either

noob last question is the one we need to know the most, the budget, can't go buss on yuh systems and can't pay rent now can you

well if i buyin new ones i was lookin at about 3500. used obviously much cheaper and if i buyin the parts and building i was hopin tuh keep the price down to about 2300 minus monitors. What u think?

I looked at their set up, its a bit pricy especially sice i can build that same rig for a lot less

you could by barebone systems and just add the parts that you want, tigerdirect.com has some really good ones also dose new egg
