I would go with function over form. The second case is larger than the first and is more inclined towards a workstation class machine. I would suspect that air flow in the second larger case would also potentially be better with the right fans. What do you intend to put in it? note how the second case has compartments for different uses. It comes down to what and how many of what you're putting in it.
