Mmmmm Sexy and Slim - I’m talking about the TV…honest! Although we’re expected to see thinner LCD’s soon and not forgetting the 1mm Plasma, Hitachi has officially taken the crown for the world’s first electronic manufacturer to roll out the the thinnest LCD TVs at just 35-mm (1.37-inch) thick. Behold the new magnificent WOOO UT Series models: 1) UT42-HHV700 (42″ Full HD 1080p) - available in Black only2) UT37-HV700 (37″ Full HD 1080p) - available in Black only3) UT32-HV700 (32″ HD Ready) - available in Blue, Black, White and Red. All 3 models feature the sexy slim 35mm thick body and a single HDMI input, D-Sub 15 analog-in for your legacy PC. So why just a single HDMI you rightly ask? Well, Hitachi has moved the tuner into an external Wooo Station box with 3x HDMI inputs, SD slot, removable iVDR-S storage, LAN and an optional UWB module for up to 9-meters of wireless delivery. The UT-42 is expected in early April, the UT-37 by February, and UT-32 in mid-December with prices of ¥430,000 ($3,753). Check out the the full gallery of pictures here
