A CPU that currently costs $87 US OC'ed to 3.5 GHz.
Check it out.

Its really quite a good thing to see such great performance in the 'low end' category.
A shame that they didn't do more gaming benchmarks though, but the focus of the
article was to demo the great bang for buck with this E2160.

Hmmmm this has to be the cheapest intel CPU based upon the Core marchitecture. Bang for buck? You mean "TKO and having near death experience seeing the light and everything for buck". Now there's absolutely no reason why everyone shouldnt at least have a dual core cpu!!! Nice. Still, quad is where my interest is really at.
