Blocked Sites

Hey, this has probably been asked a million times before but the company i work for uses Novell BorderManager Proxy and they have blocked Hi5. Is there anyway i can still get on to hi5 from work? Anyway to bypass them?For this and other sites.

Actually it can also stop you from moving altogether... thats happened to me more than once... once was in venezuela... the police held us at gun point and the other some worthless lowlife taking my little jewelery from a student walking back from church... what goes around comes around...
