Comingsoon.net has a few more details posted about that upcoming Hitman movie. For those keeping tabs, Hitman is not another Uwe Boll special -- rather, this one's being produced by Luc Besson, of Leon the Professional and The Fifth Element fame (which means it could actually be, you know, good.) Directorial newcomer Xavier Gens is heading the flick, which began preliminary shooting this week on location in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Anyway, joining confirmed cast members Timothy Olyphant and Dougray Scott are Prison Break's Robert Knepper, Paris je t'aime's Olga Kurylenko, Ulrich Thomsen and Mochael Offei, lately of Casino Royale. After the film crews are done in Bulgaria, production is moving through South Africa, Istanbul, St. Petersburg and London -- all wonderfully lush and decadent locations for a little bald-headed bang-bang stabby-stabby.
Keep an eye out for Hitman -- IMDB says that Agent 47 drops October 12th.
