The thing with 300 bro....I went back and read the graphic novel....the book's not really all that good.  The dialogue they've shown in the previews has been a direct lift from the comic.  When you get through reading the book, you just think to yourself, "why did I just read that?"  It's very easy to be apothetic to the characters.  His characterization for the comic was pretty much non-existent.  Of course, I don't remember seeing that big fat guy that they show in the previews...so maybe they've added some stuff.  I really hope the comic is more memorable than the book.

Is Nicholas Cage.  What more did y'all expect?
They was actually considering him at one time to play SUPERMAN in that last movie (oh the HORROR!!!).  Thank the GODS they picked that other dude (can't remember his name right now).

After 'Con Air', this was to be expected.  When I heard about it, I was like 'Ay boy, Johnny Blaze on big screen!!!'.  THEN I heard it was Nicholas Cage in the title role, I was like 'SSSSTTEEEUUUPPSSS'.

This was the kind of terrible movie that makes you squirm in yuh belly and in yuh seat, giggling incessantly at the fact that they just did that in the show. Almost every beat invoked that feeling in the show. When Cage was bawling when he transformed, Eva Mendes' choice of tight clothing and ditzy manner, pretty much all the dialogue. Only see it if you want to make fun of it.
