This caused big argument last night between me and my brother would some partners so i ask.
Who do you think would win in a fight between John McClane and Martin Riggs?
For those who don't know John is from the Die Hard Franchise and Riggs is one half of the duo from Lethal Weapon. Both legendary roles....

From where i stand John McClane all the way. Riggs might be better trained and know karate. But McClane jus bad, man doh business.....his personal life in a mess and he still mashing in terrorist and international criminals normal normal.

that's all i have to say about that. Riggs is bad@ss and all....but fighting terrorist in a 8 storey building....barefooted! is a huge feat

nah i think riggs would win in a fight john mcclane is prolly a better cop but if u go 1 on 1 i dont think theres any way he could beat riggs.

On a side note Bruce willace got injured on set of die hard 4 he got kicked in his face while doing some fight scene

LMAO!!! that rough, I hope it wasn't from Asthon Moore (or however you spell it :p) since Asthon has been 'punking' bruce ever since he hooked up with Demi... that would be injury to insult!!! I think McClane though cause he's one bad mother "SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

Riggs FCUKING PSYCHO plus he have special forces training i also think that he is a wee bit of a Masochist. Now dont get me wrong Mc Clane is meh boy but in a 1on1 fight ah backing Riggs all the way.

Umm i still support McClane ...cause yeah Riggs is more skillful and highly trained. But McClane..... dat man is a glutton for pain, in all his dealings the man could endure high amounts of physical punishments. Ah doh think Riggs could take so much pain, so all McClane has to do is wait him out.

Not only that.....have you seen "Die Hard 2: Die harder"?
The last villian he fought had some serious special forces training and McClane held him off.....well until he got knocked off the plane's wing

but dread's right McClane has an insane amount of stamina so he can really take blows.....lol his body probably produces "natural" painkillers (sorry Max Payne

Seriously, though, both men could take real pain. The end fights in all the movies proved that. I give a slight edge to Riggs for taking on Jet Li in part 4 and surviving. Plus, he had 4 movies. McClane only had 3 so far.
