Flow called and I got through with the upgrade a few days ago, but unlike the others here posting screenshots of their speedtest results I've yet to see even 30mb download speeds (most I've gotten is 27-28mb).

I know I got the upgrade, as my upload speeds went from 3mb to 5mb.  But my download speeds are not even reaching half of my new advertised speed.

This is regardless of time of day (peak evening/night time, or off peak during the day), or server used (local or US server location).

However, the speed I'm getting now is double what I was getting previously on my 30mb package, as the speed I got on that old package never passed 15mb, so I guess it's probably just my area (Montrose/Edinburgh Gardens).

Also I've been lurking a bit on the forums since yesterday, and there's some good content here.  I'll be around more often.

To all who are posting about how long it takes, I saw Admin posted this a couple days back

give it a few more days, hundreds of our members are signing up, will take a while to get to everyone.

I imagine it would be even longer now.  Just have some patience...

Can you cancel the package at anytime or is there a contract?

Anyone can verify this please?
