lol, feel free to send me a pm (personal message) if its been more than a week and you haven't gotten a call from Flow.

Speeds updated without a call just like chdrman. Thought I'd let you and the other members know. Internet dropped late last night and I restarted the router, don't know if that was the change.

Emailed info in the morning today... got a call from Flow at 4:30 pm for the upgrade. Thanks again

grats, been waiting since last week thursday and still nothing...

Now I'm wondering if we mailed the right stuff to the right place.

This, however, is my second day of waiting for this GATT package, and I've yet to get a call from Flow or see my speeds change from 45 to 60.

It's my 4th day currently so you're in for a bit of a wait.
