Hey Guys, I picked this up recently and I'm currently playing this right now on Ps3.
It's a lot of fun for those of you who are into the SC fighting games. Its definitely a lot more fluid and they've actually toned down a lot of strategy. That super gauge that we all know has been included is an interesting twist to the game and it takes a while to build up but doesn't make you work for it. Something that they screwed up though was the basic Parrying ability. That has been removed and in order to do it , you have to spend 1 level of your super guage. There are some characters who have parrying built into their moves and those are free of charge. But it's basically worthless to parry now. There is no story. That *story* mode for the game is just about Patroklos and Pyrrah and there's a couple of chapters with Z.W.E.I. It's a nice touch but the majority of that story mode is in a sepia comic format. Which...is ridiculous. There are no bios for any of the other characters and everything you know about the new characters are what you see and what you hear them say. There is nothing in the game that mentions Natsu *badass btw* is Taki's apprentice. That sort of things irks me, because I liked the world of SC. Anyways, customization is dead on. You have to level up to unlock more. Money is gone. To level up is to just keep playing, offline and online. Whatever floats your boat. I'm on Level 45 currently and I've sunk at least 6 hours on the offline and 1 hour online *too laggy* 4

@apprentice: Yeah! I decided to join.
@Berzerk: Diverse gamer man. More PS3 right now than PC. Currently playing, Battlefield 3, Soul Calibur 5, Renegade Ops. I'm into a lot of different types of games. Probably only sports games are the only ones I don't spend time on. PLayed stuff like, Vanquish, Lost Planet 2, Killzone , Final Fantasy 13, Mortal Kombat, KoF 13, Saints Row, Dragon Age......god there are so much lol! On Pc though, I've started the Darkness 2 and Alan Wake. Don't have the time to enjoy Skyrim though I have it and I beat out Starcraft 2 campaign, not good at the competitive side of SC tho. 5

A buddy of mine surprised me with this trailer. Everything in that trailer just made me drool for a movie.
It's going to be very difficult for the game to impact me the way the trailer did. 6

Honestly, I've been a big fan of RE since it's inception. Played all of them except for RE:Zero for GC. It doesn't matter to me the direction the game is taking in terms of Action/Horror. That s**t looks fantastic and I can't wait. I just love the mash up of all the characters you love all in one game.
Look forward to Operation Raccoon City also... 7
