VPNs are really easy to work with. You don't really need any Networking nor IT experience...all you need is the ability to read, learn and understand. With that said I will pass on some knowledge and allow you to fill in the blanks.

www.google.com is a good start so is www.youtube.com

There are many free VPNs...try spotflux

Put the pieces together and you're good to go.

Oh, like TriniWyatt I too have downloaded games without any problems without a VPN and there are others where I needed a VPN. Microsoft funny like that.

I would love to get info on using it on websites.
I used it to purchase a camera recently, and the company emailed me back asking for a scanned copy of the card, showing my name and part of the card # for verification.
Can this be  a problem as the card does not carry your name on it, but just the signature?

e-mail the scanned picture to them but do let them know that it's a visa pre-paid debit card...see if they are willing to accept it.
