Trinidad and 'reasonable price' is an oxymoron. You wont find a new Xbox 360 for anything close to resonable
in this place. Better to import it yourself. Even with all freight/Customs charges, it will still be less than what
most stores would charge for it here. If you can get someone coming in to bring it for you, even better.
I refuse to buy a console in Trinidad because of the ridiculous pricing.
About the pricing... Too true fellas, too true. I was feeling just like you, then I did the math and asked myself if it's really worth all the hassle. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I want to bring in a pro shouldn't it cost:
$299 = $1884 TT
+ 20% = $376 TT
+ 15% = $339 TT
Total: $2599 TT + what ever freight is.
I've been told that there's a place in town that has the pro for around $2650 (without the 2 bonus games, surprise surprise). Now granted they probably aren't paying duties to bring it in, but that doesn't help me as I'm going to have to pay the duties. So, would you guys say $2650 is still too much?
